Ukraine: An Ousting and a Rising Star

The Ukrainian parliament voted to dismiss Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko on March 3. The ousting of Ohryzko was long in coming, given the regularity with which politicians swap places in Ukraine. But the new opening of the foreign minister's post could well shine a light on a rising star in Ukrainian politics.
