Ukraine: Parliament Dissolves -- Again

Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko formally dissolved the country's parliament Oct. 8. This will lead to early elections, which could be held as early as December. Those elections are likely to move Ukraine back under Russia's umbrella, as sentiment in the country shifted away from Yushchenko's pro-Western ambitions after the Russo-Georgian war in August.
