A Norwegian judge on July 25 ordered Anders Behring Breivik, the lead suspect in the July 22 attacks in Oslo and Utoeya Island, to be detained for 8 weeks. Breivik admitted responsibility for both the improvised explosive device in downtown Oslo and the armed assault at a youth Labor Party meeting on the island, which killed a total of 76 people and and injured 200. During his testimony he also claimed there were two more cells in his organization, though it is currently unclear what he meant by that. A “compendium” that he posted online just prior to the attacks indicates this could come from a group that met with Breivik in London in 2002 that he calls the Knights Templar. He claims to be a "Justiciar Knight" with the ability to judge crimes against his vision of “the free, indigenous peoples of Europe.”
