The U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) will gain greater budgetary controls over the 16 intelligence agencies that it oversees, The Washington Post reported July 31. The move will strengthen the ODNI's ability to coordinate among intelligence agencies, set agendas and pursue a concerted U.S. intelligence strategy.
