Dr. Wolfgang Klapper is the Vice President, Director of the Regional Security Program and head of the EastWest Institute's Brussels Center. Dr. Klapper has been in the German foreign service for more than 25 years, and he most recently served as Deputy Ambassador at the German Embassy in Algiers.
