César Mártinez

Dr. César Mártinez focuses on political, economic and security issues in the Americas, with an interest in long-term economic and political trends, national security and public safety policies, and the development of resilience policies. Mártinez holds a doctorate in public policy with a specialization in national security from the University of Texas at Austin, a master's in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor's in economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He has worked in the public, private and academic sectors in Mexico and the United States and has ample experience providing high-level strategic advice to private firms and government entities as they navigate an increasingly complex world.
