Congo: Mining Reforms Not Negotiable, Minister Says

Congolese Minister of Mines Martin Kabwelulu said Sept. 12 that his country will not compromise on recently passed mining reforms that remove tax exemptions and increase taxes on mining companies operating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Reuters reported....
