Indonesia: Australia's Decision 'Unfriendly'

The Indonesian government is drafting a response to Australia's decision to grant temporary visas to 42 Papuan asylum seekers, an aide to Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said March 23. Djoko Susilo, a member of Indonesia's parliament, said Australia's decision is an unfriendly act because it means Canberra believes the Papuans' claims that the Indonesian military has been conducting genocide in Papua.
