Iraq: Explosions Kill 21 In Baghdad

A series of explosions killed 21 people and wounded dozens more in Baghdad on Nov. 27, officials said, AP reported. According to the officials, Shiite mosques were the main targets of the car bomb attacks, though an explosion also went off near a military base. Soft-target attacks have become a new norm in Iraq.
