Syria: Car Bomb Blasts In Homs Kill 46

At least 46 people were killed in twin car bomb blasts that hit Homs, western Syria, on Feb. 21, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, Reuters reported. The explosions in the city's Zahra district wounded at least 100 others. A bomb attack claimed by the Islamic State last month in Homs killed at least 24 people as government forces took back some Islamic State-held villages in Aleppo province in the north. However, there was no immediate claim of responsibility from the militant group.
