Ukraine: Prominent Separatist Commander Killed

A prominent separatist commander in eastern Ukraine was killed Feb. 8, BBC reported. Mikhail Tolstykh, also known as Givi, was killed after an anti-tank missile was reportedly fired through his office window in Donetsk. Though details are still emerging about what took place, Ukrainian special operations forces were likely behind the attack. Givi's death comes roughly four months after another high-ranking separatist commander known as Motorola was killed in his apartment building.
