U.S., Canada: U.S. Government Rules To Impose High Duties On New Canadian Jet

In a case filed by American aircraft maker Boeing against Canadian aircraft maker Bombardier, the U.S. Commerce Department ruled on Sept. 26 that Bombardier's new regional jet would have a duty of 219.63 percent of its sales price because the company had been receiving subsidies of that amount, The New York Times reported....
